All For One
The group arrives with a pre set menu. You will work together to divide into groups and prepare the menu. Each group will work on a particular course and the challenge will be to have the meal prepared and timed for service based on the pre set meal format.
Cuisine Challenge
Each team is given a menu of protein, starch, vegetable and dessert and a time limit to complete it. Each team must work together to complete each menu item in the correct sequence to finish at the given time. Time management and cooperation is critical to pull together the final presentation with each element being hot and fresh.
Extreme Cuisine Challenge
A harder version of Cuisine Challenge designed to promote creativity in participants. Each team is given an ingredient to create a menu that showcases the theme ingredient. Then they must work together to finish all the dishes together at a specific time.
The Meeting Place
Looking for an outside venue to have your next team meeting? Come to Chef Bryan’s Kitchen. We can accommodate up to twenty five individuals in our kitchen. We will provide a fresh gourmet lunch or dinner and you and your team can meet and work with no distractions.
