Catering is a very personal part of planning even the most basic event. You want a caterer that works with you and not a business that gives you a menu and says here is what you can have. I strive on providing my clients with what they want and not what I want to do for them. You will find two menus on the page that you may place your order from. This is a convenience for you to you keep things simple. If you would like to step up your event a notch then just ask me and I will come and help you design the perfect menu that fits all of the requirements you are looking for.

In keeping with our philosophy, we strive to add flavor combinations beyond the norm. If you would like a catered lunch as simple as a deli platter with potato salad and cole slaw we would love to provide you with the highest level of quality and flavor for that meal. If you would like to step it up a bit, then that same deli platter can be served with condiments of red onion jam and bleu cheese, brown sugar grainy mustard and cilantro almond pesto. You can also add sides of sweet vidalia onion cole slaw and roquefort tri potato salad.
