Chef Bryan is all about food. His philosophy in cooking is not just about following a recipe, but making each meal special.
Chef Bryan's Kitchen was created by Chef Bryan Davis, a highly trained and experienced graduate of the L'Academie De Cuisine. After over 10 years in the food industry as a chef, at The Old Ebbit Grill and Red Sage , Davis took his career in a new direction. He became a cooking instructor with The Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department, and caterer with Prime Choice Caterers.
As a small business owner, Davis has never lost sight of the personal touch for clients. Due to the economic downturn Chef Bryan sold the kitchen in the Kentlands in December of 2009.
Chef Bryan is now the Food and Beverage Director at PB DYE Golf Club in Ijamsville, MD, where he continues to use his expertise and skill in the kitchen to provide outstanding food and service for each and every client.
